Essential requirements for Imperial College London PhD jobs
You must have a PhD degree (or equivalent) in Molecular Cell Biology, Infection or Microbiome
You must be able to demonstrate:
Experience in the following:
Imperial College London PhD jobs
• Molecular biology and biochemistry
• In vivo mouse work (a Home Office personal animal licence is desirable, but not essential)
• Experience in working in BSL3 is essential
• Bioinformatics/data analysis
• Knowledge of the following:
• Cell biology of infection
• Statistical and image analyses
• Pathogen host interactions
You must also be able to demonstrate:

• The ability to work as part of a team and to be open-minded and cooperative
• The ability to develop and apply new concepts and have a creative approach to problem-solving
• Imperial College London PhD Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Further information
Maximum salary on the appointment is £40,215 per annum.
This is a full time, fixed-term position from 1st September 2020 for three years (with the possibility of an extension).
