Job Overview:
Perform monitoring and site management work to ensure that sites are conducting the study(ies) and reporting study data as required by the study protocol, applicable regulations and guidelines, and sponsor requirements.
Essential Functions:
- Perform site monitoring visits in accordance with GCP and ICH guidelines
- Work with sites to drive subject recruitment plan
- Administer protocol and training to assigned sites
- Evaluate study site practices for protocol adherence
- Manage progress of assigned studies
- Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained
- Collaborate with study team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in scientific discipline or health care preferred
- At least 1 year of on-site monitoring experience
- Good knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines
- Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
