Qualifications for J&J Freshers Biotech Job
• Requires PhD with minimum 0-3 years of Pharma/biotech industry /post-doctoral experience, a Master’s degree with a minimum 5 years of Pharma/biotech industry experience, focused degree in Biochemistry or related scientific field preferred
• Strong Biochemistry background required
• Requires experience in protein characterization/post-translational modifications
• Requires strong problem-solving skills for developing creative, innovative solutions, and meeting project objectives
• Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry experience preferred
• J&J Freshers Experience in separations method development preferred
• Experience in chromatography and capillary electrophoresis preferred
• Familiarity preferred with statistical methodologies such as DOEs and regulations including EP and USP
• Experience preferred with Process Excellence methodology

• Requires up to 10% domestic and international travel

• Serve as the analytical technical expert during method development, investigations and regulatory inspections
• Develop innovative approaches toward the development of analytical methods
• Provide deep analytical knowledge for programs ranging from early phase through late phase clinical development and commercial manufacturing
• Conduct experiments for isolation and enrichment of variants for structure-function studies of proteins
• J&J Freshers Biotech Job Analyze data and highly complex situations involving the evaluation of tangible and identifiable variables to arrive at creative and effective solutions including statistical approaches to establish design space for methods

Within our dynamic Analytical Development Separation Sciences team, this experienced and motivated Scientist is responsible for developing HPLC and CE analytical methods for large molecule medicines. In addition, the Scientist will support validation and transfer of methods as well as provide support to process validation studies and QC labs on OOS/OOT investigations. They will work in an environment that values innovation, leadership, scientific excellence, urgency and personal accountability.
