mRNA BU is looking for a Microbiology QC Technician.
Joining the mRNA QC team, you will join a dynamic and result-oriented atmosphere and you will gain and in-depth experience of a GMP Quality control environment, passionate about new projects and new technologies. Demonstrating your experience with microbiological analyses, you will specifically focus on the following tasks:
- Perform microbiological analyses following specified instructions from team leader and supervisor, SOPs and analytical procedures;
- Analyze data and results;
- Provide testing support for production of mRNA drugs;
- Support in the implementation of protocols reports and documents and ensure their management according to current GMP, SOPs and guidelines;
- Ensure correct management of analytical documentation;
- Learn to perform microbiological analysis effectively and in GMP compliance, mainly on mRNA/LNP products;
- Run and dispose samples.
How will you get there?
- Degree in Biotechnology / CTF or other Scientific field
- Previous experience Microbiology laboratory is needed. Experience in a GMP QC lab is a plus.
- Ability to perform routine environmental monitoring of viable/non-viable air, contact surface, water, and gases.
- Ability to perform microbiological analysis on drugs/products: Bacterial Endotoxin and Bioburden. Experience with Sterility tests is a plus.
- Flexibility when priority changes
- English and Italian languages (professional knowledge)
- Good knowledge of Office Suite
