As part of this, we are looking for a Technical Officer (Microbiologist) to join us in January 2025. In this role, you will use your previous experience within Microbiology to carry out testing and sampling skills to conduct quality control checks through the various stages of production to ensure we provide quality products to our customers. This role will be based on-site at the XXXX Brewery located in Milton, QLD, and is a permanent full-time opportunity. Please note that this role will involve some weekend work.
Skills Required:
- Tertiary degree in Microbiology or similar
- Strong problem-solving with a solution-focused mindset
- Proactive mentality and strive for continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of the team
- Experience within FMCG would be highly regarded but not essential
