Job Responsibilities
- Support lab operations, equipment qualification, and process establishment.
- Review, trend, and report lab data, ensuring compliance.
- Manage lab stock, consumables, and housekeeping.
- Assist in audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Participate in investigations, SME development, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure GMP compliance and regulatory adherence.
Requirements
- Degree in Biological Sciences, Engineering, or related field (Microbiology preferred).
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (Internships considered).
- Strong knowledge of biologics, microbiological testing, and lab systems (LIMS, MODA, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
