Overview
Element has an opportunity for a Microbiologist to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. The primary responsibility of the Microbiologist is to support laboratory operations by conducting relevant microbiological testing.
Responsibilities
- Provide essential microbiological analytical laboratory services following Element’s standards
- Maintain accurate records in line with ISO/IEC 17025:2005
- Ensure good laboratory housekeeping and adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards
- Perform analytical testing for samples and update results in LIMS
Skills / Qualifications
- Graduation in microbiology or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated team player with excellent organizational skills
