Your Role
- Support large-scale Enzymes, Proteins & Nucleotides product lines
- Work with other production scientists, operators, and SMEs to ensure successful manufacturing
- Write and modify procedures, identify potential process improvements
- Interact cross-functionally with various departments
Key Responsibilities
- Safely perform operations to meet quality expectations
- Perform assays and unit operations
- Maintain lab equipment, prepare reagents, restock supplies
- Communicate operation status effectively
- Participate in quality audits
- Perform troubleshooting and implement process improvements
- Perform analytical evaluations
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science or Engineering
- Knowledge in chemistry or biochemistry, math, and general science
- Experience with laboratory instruments and production equipment
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills
