We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Scientist or Scientist I. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and testing yeast, enzymes, and other biological solutions to meet our product performance goals. Your contributions will help advance our research and development efforts to create a positive impact.
- Developing workflows for screening and application testing
- Leading the development of new assays, methods, and processes
- Mentoring and directing junior team members
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Contributing to patents, scientific publications, and conference presentations
- PhD in a biotech discipline or MS with min. 3 years relevant experience
- Experience in working with industrial enzymes, yeast, or other microbes
- Preferably, experience in animal feed applications and nutritional aspects of agricultural products
- Experience in project management is desirable
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
Salary Range: $71,000 – $100,000
