Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recognizing Adverse Event (AE) / Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR) / Adverse Drug Experience (ADE) information from source documents
- Processing Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) following SOPs and WIs
- Conducting AE / ADR / ADE reports’ reconciliation with stakeholders
- Performing Literature Review
- Recognizing, processing, and reporting Product Quality Complaints (PQC) information
- Managing Mailboxes and reviewing incoming Faxes
- Acting as a contact point for clients
- Assisting in audit preparation
- Filing and storing documents
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- Bilingual, English/French preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences program
- 1-2 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance or related field
- Knowledge of medical terminology
Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance industry
- Familiarity with MS Office Programs and Adobe Pro
- Business and financial acumen
- Analytical and mathematical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and problem-solve
