Our team is dedicated to advancing drug discovery research in the field of Protein Therapeutics and we are looking to welcome a highly motivated summer intern to join our Protein Therapeutics Group.
Position Summary & Responsibilities
The Mural Oncology team is seeking a talented student eager to pursue a career in drug discovery research. The summer intern will actively participate in various laboratory support tasks, collaborating closely with scientists to learn techniques in biochemistry, cell biology, protein sciences, and immuno-oncology.
The intern will be involved in developing PK/PD/ADA assays for pre-clinical and clinical studies, as well as conducting quantitative sample analysis for those studies.
Basic Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s education program in a relevant scientific discipline, i.e. biochemistry, biology, microbiology
- Completion of at least two years of college education
- Ability to document work in required formats and present data in formal and informal settings.
- Committed to maintaining high standards in the quality of science
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication
Working Conditions
The position is office/lab-based.
