Responsibilities of the QC Microbiologist
- Contribute to the development of pharmaceutical drug manufacturing by performing a variety of microbiology testing to assess the strength, identity, and purity of test samples and materials
- Maintain lab material and reagent inventory, document testing, and support data review; all in accordance with current good manufacturing practice
Qualifications of the QC Microbiologist
- 2+ years of microbiology experience working in a cGMP laboratory
- Experience in bioburden (product and water), endotoxin, growth promotion, and biological indicators is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related life-science field
Compensation
Salary Range: $30.00 – $38.00 / hour
