About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Quality Control Analyst to join our team in Tabanan, Bali. You will play a vital role in ensuring our plant meets its strategic objectives in quality, safety, and efficiency. This includes overseeing raw materials, production processes, and finished goods to guarantee adherence to the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Carry out strategic objectives in governance and safety
- Control and validate product quality from raw materials to finished goods
- Maintain lab equipment for analysis
- Prepare analysis forms and SOPs
- Conduct microbiological tests and analysis
- Ensure product quality and cleanliness
- Support Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Record and document analysis data
- Maintain laboratory instruments
- Inventory management of chemicals and equipment
- Conduct sensory evaluations periodically
- Support qualification process of materials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Biology, Microbiology, or Chemistry, or D3 Chemical Analyst certification
- At least 1 year of experience in the Food & Beverage industry or recent Bachelor’s degree graduate
- Understanding of alcoholic beverage production processes
- Proficiency in lab analysis procedures
- Experience with SAP
- Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
