BlueRock Therapeutics is seeking a highly committed Research Associate II who will be responsible for conducting in vitro work with immune cells to evaluate and develop next-generation therapies. Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute in vitro experiments to evaluate novel allo-engineering strategies
- Isolate and culture primary immune cells and mammalian cell lines
- Culture and differentiate stem cells
- Characterize immune cells using multicolor flow cytometry
- Generate, analyze, and communicate experimental data effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 0+ years of experience in Immunology, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
- Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture
- Experience with multi-color flow cytometry will be prioritized
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
