Role Summary
The Research Associate will be responsible for conducting both routine and non-routine tasks in the cell bioassay department while adhering to relevant guidelines and the highest scientific standards. This role involves developing cell-based assays and methods, maintaining in vitro test systems, monitoring resources, and executing experiments compliant with Good Laboratory Practices.
Responsibilities
- Implement, perform, and develop experimental methods based on company requirements.
- Plan and track activities, ensuring adherence to timelines
- Produce quality results, analyze data, and draw conclusions
- Support the qualification/validation set-up of new assays and equipment
- Perform general administrative tasks and maintain equipment
- Prepare technical reports and update standard operating procedures
- Take on additional specialist functions in other areas as needed
Requirements
- Diploma with > 2 years’ experience in cell biology and molecular biology methods
- Good understanding of regulatory guidelines such as FDA, ICH, OECD GLP
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
