The Position:
This position is accountable for completing manufacturing tasks in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Roche’s quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Manufacturing Operations
- Operating equipment, sterilizing vessels, and preparing solutions.
- Monitoring and operating biochemical processing equipment.
- Conducting raw material sampling and dispensing.
Process & Equipment Management
- Troubleshooting equipment and process issues.
- Supporting process improvement initiatives.
- Utilizing computer systems for process control.
Safety & Compliance
- Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Participating in staff meetings and collaborating with teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience.
- Problem-solving, interpersonal, and team skills.
- Focus on safety, quality, and results.
- Ability to work weekends, off-shifts, and overtime.
- Mechanical aptitude and computer system familiarity.
- A background in microbiology, fermentation, or protein purification is desired.
- Willingness to work in Singapore, Tuas Bay Link.
