Job Description:
Sanofi is seeking a talented individual to fill the role of CMC Project Manager. As a key contributor to the CMC Project Excellence department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful and efficient management of CMC projects. Your responsibilities will include setting up project CMC China workstreams, managing local CMC activities, implementing standards for CMC project management, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up the project CMC China workstream and lead cross-functional CMC meetings
- Manage local CMC activities in R&D for China submissions and approvals
- Implement standards and business processes for CMC Project Management in China
- Incorporate country-specific requirements into project planning
- Drive the execution of CMC activities according to project planning
Requirements:
Education/Experience:
- PhD in Sciences or Engineer degree (Biology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Analytical etc.) with experience in CMC Development.
- Past experience in project management would be a plus.
- Experience in managing international and/or multi-cultural teams
Technical Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge in CMC development, R&D, and Industrial interfaces
- Skills in Project Management and regulatory requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
Behavioral Competencies:
- Put the interest of the organization ahead of own
- Take action and demonstrate good networking skills
- High willingness to learn and cooperate transversally
