Job Posting: Scientific Associate
Location: Morristown, NJ
Responsibilities:
- Develop understanding of disease states and treatments for assigned accounts
- Create project outlines based on client objectives and peer-reviewed literature
- Review clinical and health economic content for accuracy and validity
- Provide direction to ensure content alignment with client needs
- Educate internal teams on scientific concepts related to products
- Conduct literature reviews for high-quality evidence
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in medical or life sciences field advanced (MD, PhD, or PharmD)
- Advertising or communications agency experience preferred
- Managed markets experience a plus but not required
- Excellent research skills: demonstrated understanding of clinical and observational study designs and identification of high-quality, valid evidence and primary references
- Meticulous diligence and a highly conscientious work style
- Professional demeanor and ability to function as a core member of a larger collaborative team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and critical thinking skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with Excel and/or Tableau a plus
