The role involves playing a crucial part in the bioanalytical team, focusing on identifying and characterizing novel biotherapeutics for enhanced efficacy, selectivity, and developability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting biophysical characterization of discovery proteins
- Utilizing analytical separation techniques such as HPLC, SEC, and more
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Maintaining a productive and inclusive laboratory environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience OR Master’s Degree with 2 years of experience
- Extensive expertise in analytical chromatography techniques
- Strong understanding of biophysical concepts
- Excellent communication skills and documentation abilities
