Description:
Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a talented Scientist I/II to join our Biotherapeutics TCRm discovery department in Fort Worth, TX. As a key member of the team, you will be involved in the production and purification of stabilized pHLA complexes and conducting experiments to characterize complex structure, function, and stability to drive the development of novel therapeutics.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- General laboratory maintenance and upkeep
- Execute protocols for production and purification of pHLA complexes
- Characterize biochemical and biophysical properties of peptides and proteins
- Design and execute experiments for complex structure analysis
- Stay updated on advancements in pHLA protein technologies
- Integrate new technologies for improved complex generation
- Prepare technical reports, publications, and presentations
- Contribute to departmental administration and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:
- Experience in protein purification, analysis, and characterization
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques such as chromatography, ELISA, electrophoresis, and PCR
- Knowledge of protein chemistry, biochemistry, and molecular biology
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution with three-pulse (3+) years of experience in a related scientific discipline or Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in a related scientific discipline or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of protein chemistry, biochemistry, and/or biophysics
- Knowledge of molecular biology

- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness to undergo a drug test and a physical examination
- Minimum 18 years of age
