Job Description:
As a Senior Microbiologist, you will play a crucial role within the Microbiology Team by providing technical expertise, managing investigations, supporting projects, and mentoring team members. The role involves working closely with various departments to ensure the smooth functioning of microbiological operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule team workload using OE tools
- Create documentation and reports
- Manage investigations and implement appropriate CAPA
- Liaise with cross-functional teams
- Provide decision-making support and deputise for the Team Manager
- Support audit readiness and lead technical expertise areas in audits
- Train and mentor staff in technical areas
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
- BSc in Microbiology or related field
- Experience coaching and mentoring others
- Expertise in Pharmaceutical Microbiology
- Strong problem-solving and planning abilities
- Quality report writing skills
