Your Role:
As a Senior Process Scientist at MilliporeSigma’s Contract Testing, Development, and Manufacturing Organization (CTDMO) in St. Louis, MO, you will play a pivotal role in process and analytical development for external customers. You will work on optimizing processes related to Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADC) and other Antibody Conjugates.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in process and analytical development
- Lead projects, troubleshoot, and provide innovative solutions
- Document experimental results and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Ensure project deliverables are on quality and on time
- Lead process improvement initiatives and stay updated on emerging technologies
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or related field with 6+ years of research experience
- OR
- Master’s Degree with 2+ years of research experience
- OR
- PhD with 1+ years of research experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive hands-on process development experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and digital documentation
- Experience with GMP, regulatory requirements, and process transfers
- Excellent time management and communication skills
