Responsibilities
- Analysis of raw materials, finished products, stability samples, and R&D materials
- Compliance with cGMPs, CLIA regulations, SOPs, safety requirements, and company policies
- Generating and maintaining laboratory data and records
- Conducting product stability and expiration testing
- Writing testing proposals, reports, and other documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related science
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industries
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques including HPLC, PCR, spectroscopy, etc.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand complex problems and devise solutions
Skills and Experience
- Attention to detail and good documentation practices
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, multi-task effectively
- Knowledge and experience with LIMS and liquid handling robotics preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
