Job Title: Research Associate II/Senior Research Associate, Oligonucleotide Foundry
Requirements:
- BS with 2+ years/MS with 1+ year of experience in chemistry, biology, or related life sciences
- Excellent knowledge of downstream processing of oligos
- Experience preparing buffers and maintaining lab instruments like AKTA purifiers, UF, HPLC, and LC-MS
- Proficiency in using Agilent and Waters analytical instruments for purity analysis
- Detail-oriented with experience using ELNs to document experiments and results
Desired Skills:
- Learning and implementing purification strategies for complex oligonucleotides
- Researching alternate purification strategies
- Preparing methods for transfer to larger-scale cGMP manufacturing
- Performing routine operations for critical technology components
- Participating in cross-functional teams and training in all stages of oligonucleotide research and manufacturing
