Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Bioimage Analyst with expertise in advanced image analysis, bioinformatics, and computational biology. The role will involve working closely with a team of computational biologists and experimental scientists to analyze 2D and 3D images, employing various machine learning methods. Join us in our mission to advance research and make a meaningful impact on healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced image analysis using tools such as ImageJ/Fiji, Imaris, CellProfiler, and HALO.
- Collaborate with research team members to design and execute image analyses.
- Build and maintain bioimaging analysis pipelines using Python-based tools.
- Derive insights from complex bioimaging data and report findings to project team members.
- Execute and deliver project data with high quality and within specified timelines.
Basic Qualifications:
- MSc in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field.
- Extensive experience in bioimaging data analysis.
- Proficiency in Python programming and experience with Python-based image analysis tools.
- Strong statistical skills and experience with machine learning frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in scientific and business contexts.
