Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a college student with a passion for research and a background in biological science and nutrition. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn and contribute to our team.
Responsibilities of Science Intern
- Use scientific literature to conduct research and evaluate product claims
- Review relevant articles, extract data, analyze with statistical methods, and present findings
- Interpret results and present to colleagues and various audiences
Requirements
- Enrolled or immediate graduate in a science-related degree program
- Basic knowledge of biological science, especially molecular biology and nutrition
- Detail-oriented, organized, and critical thinking skills
- Highly motivated and excellent communication skills
- Computer skills including web-based applications and MS Word or Excel
*Internship will run May through mid-August, during the summer term.
