As an Assistant Medical Affairs Manager/ Medical Affairs Manager, Vaccines at GSK, you will play a vital role in creating and implementing strategic deployment plans for the Franchise Global Medical Experts and other Franchise Experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a field-based scientific expert in the assigned therapy area
- Develop insights for innovative Medical Affairs strategies
- Respond to requests for information or safety concerns from HCPs
- Deliver Medical Education Activities
- Provide product and disease training internally
- Ensure full compliance with GSK Code, SOPs, and local laws & regulations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Medical and commercial teams
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or related discipline
- 2 years’ or above experience in the medical department within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in primary care or vaccine-related therapeutic areas
- Experience in direct working with international markets and regions
- Experience with project management
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management certification (PMP)
- Excellent people skills and experience in a complex matrix environment
- Experience in complex travel logistics, organization, and support
